Milk soup with trickled pastries
Prepare trickled pastries from rice porridge, cooked with 0.5 cup of rice. Rub it through a sieve. Put 5 eggs and salt. Stir it carefully and put with a teaspoon in boiling milk of DMZ production.
Milk soup with noodles
Prepare the noodles: 1,5 cup of potato starch dilute in 3 cups of water, add egg and stir to the dough consistency for pancakes. From the mixture obtained bake pancakes with thickness of 1 – 2 mm. Slice cold pancakes as noodles.6 glasses of 3,2% milk of DMZ production dilute with water and bring to a boil, put prepared noodles into water and cook to the state of readiness. Before the end of cooking add salt, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of butter of DMZ production.
Okroshka with sour milk
Peel large cucumber, cut it into cubes, add salt, leave for 8 - 10 minutes, then pour 0,75 l of sour clotted milk made by Dmitrov Dairy Plant, add 2 - 3 cloves of crushed garlic and 2 hard boiled eggs. While serving sprinkle the soup with finely chopped parsley and pepper to taste.
Cut 200 g of rye or wheat bread into small pieces, add 150 g of chopped green onions, add salt and 3,2% kefir of DMZ or sour clotted milk of DMZ production, diluted with boiled water (1:1). 1 tablespoon of grated radish and grated horseradish can be added for hot taste. Served with 20% sour cream of DMZ, sprinkled with black pepper.
Okroshka with processed cheese of DMZ
Cut small pieces of 100 g of cream cheese of Dmitrov Dairy Plant production, add 1 l of whey, add salt, pepper and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. Then place three cubes of fresh cucumber, and chopped onion. While serving, add sour cream of DMZ production and chopped parsley.
Finely chop the 150g of spring onions and 50g of dill. Add 200g of diced fresh cucumber, chop 250g of boiled beef, add 3 hard boiled eggs. Fill it with 1 l of sour cream "Mechnikov" of DMZ production, 3,2% kefir of DMZ, add salt and sugar to taste. Before serving, put 15% sour cream of the DMZ production and parsley.
Cabbage rolls with curds of DMZ.
Boil 2.5 tablespoons of rice in salted water, make it cool, mix with raw eggs and 200g of 9% grated curds of DMZ production, add salt and pepper. Wrap the stuffing in cabbage leaves envelope, fry cabbage in a skillet, place it on deep stewing pan or on baking tray, pour it with sour cream and stew in an oven. The dish is served with sour cream of 20% produced by Dmitrov Dairy Plant.
Cohlrabi braised in sour cream with tomatoes
Peel 500g of kohlrabi, cut into small pieces, add to the pan, add 20g of butter of DMZ, and stew under the lid to the state of readiness. Then pour 100g of sour cream of 20% of DMZ, mixed with 10g of flour, and stew for another 5 - 10 minutes. Cut the slices of 300g of tomatoes and fry them in vegetable oil produced by DMZ. Vegetable marrow with sour cream of DMZ
Peel 1 kg.of vegetable marrows and cut it into circles with 1 sm of thickness. Boil in salted water with dill. When marrow is ready, put it on the dish and pour with sour cream sauce. For its preparation mix 300g of sour cream of 20% of DMZ with 2 tablespoons of melted butter of DMZ, add young black pepper, salt, 4 cloves of crushed garlic, dill, and stir it carefully.
Brussels sprouts in milk sauce
Peel 1 kg of cabbage from yellow leaves, boil it in salted water, recline in a colander, mix with 2.5 tablespoons of hot butter of DMZ, warm it up, pour milk sauce and bring to a boil. When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
Marrows stuffed with curds of DMZ
Peel 6 marrows and cut in half, remove the middle, parboil and flip in a colander. Pound 150 g of 9% curds of DMZ with 2 eggs and 30 g of butter, produced by Dmitrov Dairy plant, add chopped dill and salt. Fill marrows with it stuffing, fold it into the pan, pour 1 tablespoon of melted butter, place it in oven and toast. Before serving, pour 2 tablespoons of sour cream of DMZ.
Stuffing can be prepared from curds with rice. Pound 200g of curds with 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of crushed crackers. Boil 2 tablespoons of rice. Fry the finely chopped onion, add pepper, salt, herbs and mix with rice and curds of DMZ. Fill the marrows with minced meat, fry in 1 tablespoon of melted butter, put in a pot, pour the tomato sauce and stew in the oven.
Carrot pudding with curds of Dmitrov Dairy Plant
Peel 1 kg of carrots, stew it, add vegetable oil of DMZ. When the carrot is soft, skip it through a meat grinder with white bread soaked in milk of 3,2% of DMZ, add 500 g of curds of DMZ, minced through a sieve, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 eggs, salt and mix well. Put the mixture on a pan buttered and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with sugar and butter and bake in an oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Served with sour cream of 20% of DMZ or cream sauce.
Peel 400g of carrots, cut into pieces, add a little milk of 1,5% of DMZ and 15g of butter of DMZ production. Stew it in the oven to the state of readiness, then mince, mix with milk (200g), and 30g of manna cereals, egg yolk (2 pcs.) and 30g of sugar. Add egg white in the mixture, mix well, put in pan greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or a special form, smooth and cook in water bath to the state of readiness. Serve with butter or jam.
You can replace half of the carrots with apples or dried apricots on dish.
Carrot pudding with rice and curds of DMZ
Peel 500g of carrots, cut into pieces, pour with 1 cup of ultra pasteurized milk of 3,2% of DMZ, add 20g of butter of DMZ, stew to the state of readiness. Boil 60g of rice and make it cool, grind 150g of curds, mix it with rice and carrots, add 30g of sugar and 20g of oil, 2 egg yolks, mix well and add carefully shaken up egg whites. Put this mass in a form or pan greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, sprinkle with butter and bake in the oven. Serve with butter or sour cream.
Peppers stuffed with 9% curds of Dmitrov Dairy Plant
Prepare 1 kg of pepper for stuffing. Prepare minced 400g of 9% curds of DMZ, mixed with 2 raw eggs, 4 teaspoons of sugar and salt. Stuff the peppers with minced meat, put in a saucepan, cover with cream sauce and stew in the oven to the state readiness.
Tomatoes baked with 9% curds of DMZ
Peel 600g of tomatoes, finely chop, add salt and stew with 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil of DMZ. Then remove from heat, add 0.5 cups of ground dried bread, 1 cup of 9% curds of DMZ, add pepper and parsley. Stir and place on greased pan, pour a mixture of 3 eggs and a glass of milk of 3,2% of DMZ. Bake in oven until golden crust appears.
Radish salad with curds of 1.8% (fat free) of DMZ
100 gm of 1,8% curds of DMZ mix with 1 tablespoon of milk of 3,2% produced by DMZ, and 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil of DMZ, add diced radish (5 - 6 pcs.), parsley and salt to taste.
You can add a salad carrot, grated on a coarse grater, chopped onion and finely chopped apple.
Radish salad with curds of DMZ
Peel radish and put in cold water for15 - 20 minutes. Finely chop the green onions. Place the layers soaked in water and sliced radish and onion slices, sprinkle with grinded cheese GAUDA produced by DMZ, and put small pieces of butter of DMZ.
Tomato salad with cheese GAUDA of DMZ production
Parboil 200g of tomatoes, peel and slice into circles. Grind 150g of cheese of DMZ, put it in the salad bowl, add tomatoes and finely diced onions. Pour salad with mixture of mayonnaise of DMZ (80g) and sour cream of 20% of DMZ (100g), add pepper, salt and lemon juice to taste. Before serving, sprinkle salad with chopped parsley.
Tomato salad with feta cheese of DMZ
Dice cheese (100g) with 1 sm of thickness, put in a pan, cover it with boiling water and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the water. Put feta cheese with diced tomatoes (4 pcs.) and 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions on the plate. Fill salad with sour cream of DMZ production or a mixture of sour cream and vegetable oil in equal amounts. Garnish with salad greens.
